Introduction of Pattern glass

A). It is a glass product that has been specially treated to make its surface show a pattern, texture or figure. It applies pressure and heat treatment to the glass by using a mold or roller in the glass manufacturing process to form a texture or pattern on the surface

3. Production process

1). Glass preparation

First, the glass material suitable for pattern is prepared. Common glass types include float glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, etc

2). Design textures

According to the design requirements, the texture pattern suitable for embossing is made. Designs can be made using computer-aided design software, or texture molds can be made by hand engraving

3). Make molds

According to the designed texture pattern, make a mold for embossing flowers. Molds can be made of metal or rubber materials

4). Heat the glass

The glass is heated to a certain temperature to make it soft and facilitate the embossing process of the texture. The method of heating can be using a fire, electric stove or other heating equipment

5).Pattern Technology

The heat-softened glass is placed on the texture mold and a certain pressure is applied so that the texture on the mold is pressed into the glass surface. The embossing process can be completed using mechanical pressure or hydraulic systems

6). Cooling and curing

After embossing is complete, the glass is cooled to room temperature to cure and harden. The cooling process can be either natural cooling or accelerated cooling through cooling equipment

7). Cleaning and trimming

Clean the embossed glass to remove any residue and impurities, and trim and sand it to ensure a smooth and neat surface.
