In the glass greenhouses in northern China, heating is required in winter, otherwise production cannot be carried out in winter. The heating time of greenhouses varies, with a heating time of approximately 5-6 months in Northeast China and 3-5 months in North China. Planting flowers or raising seedlings in the southern region also requires heating or temporary warming.
1. The hot water heating system consists of three basic parts: a hot water boiler, a heating pipe, and a heat dissipation device. Its working process is to heat the water using a boiler, and then it is pressurized by a water pump. The hot water is supplied to the radiator inside the greenhouse through the heating pipe, and is heated through the radiator to increase the temperature of the greenhouse. The cooled hot water returns to the boiler for heating and repeated circulation. The hot water heating system operates stably and reliably, making it the most commonly used heating method for glass greenhouses.
2. The hot air heating system consists of a heat source, air heat exchanger, fan, and air supply pipeline. The working process is as follows: the heat provided by the heat source heats the air exchanger, and a fan is used to force some of the air inside the greenhouse to flow through the air exchanger, continuously circulating for greenhouse heating. The heat source of a hot air heating system can be fuel oil, gas, coal-fired devices or electric heaters, as well as hot water or steam. The installation form of hot air heating equipment varies depending on the heat source. The air heat exchanger of steam, electric or hot water heating systems is installed in the greenhouse and directly provides hot air in conjunction with the fan. Fuel and gas heating devices are installed in the greenhouse, and the flue gas after combustion is discharged into the greenhouse. Coal-fired hot air stoves are generally large in size and dirty during use, and are generally installed outside greenhouses. In order to evenly distribute the hot air in the greenhouse, a fan sends the hot air into the ventilation duct.
3. The common method of electric heating is to bury the underground heating wire to increase ground temperature, mainly used for greenhouse seedling cultivation. Electric energy is the cleanest and most convenient energy source, but it is a secondary energy source that is relatively expensive and can only be used as a temporary heating measure for a short period of time.
