(1) Independent foundation. Usually, reinforced concrete is used. From the perspective of construction methods, independent foundations can be divided into two methods: full cast-in-place and partial cast-in-place. The full cast-in-place pouring is carried out using the method of on-site formwork support and overall pouring; Part of the cast-in-place method adopts the method of prefabricated foundation short columns and on-site pouring of foundation cushion. Two methods can be chosen according to specific circumstances. The cast-in-place method has the characteristics of good integrity and low cost; Some cast-in-place methods have a higher cost but faster construction speed, making it easier to ensure construction quality.
(2) Strip foundation. Usually, masonry structures (bricks, stones) are used, and construction is also carried out on-site. A reinforced concrete ring beam is often set at the top of the foundation to install embedded parts and increase the foundation stiffness. In addition, the side wall foundation can also be used in a mixed manner of independent foundation and strip foundation. The bottom surfaces of the two types of foundations can be located at the same elevation, or can be set at different elevations based on the bearing capacity and action; The independent foundation bears the force transmitted from the bottom of the greenhouse column, and the strip foundation is only used as a part of the separation component.
(3) Precautions for foundation construction. During foundation construction, the correctness of the column height and axis position should be ensured. Equipment, pipeline openings, and installation should be buried in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to chisel or damage the foundation after construction.
